Re: Meaning of Middle Eastern (Jewish) #dna

I find FTDNA's classification of Jewish genetic heritage quite inconsistent.

My mother's brother is shown as 100% (Middle East) Jewish; my mother is
71.94% Middle East (nothing in a bracket) and 6.28% Middle East (North
African), while I am shown as 37.58% Middle East (Middle Eastern) and later
on referred to as sub-population Palestinian (!). Not sure what I am to make
of all of this. Why would the terminology differ so much in tests done
within two months of each other?
