What a wonderful source, I wish there were lists like that for Prague
schools too. Or are there any I don't know of?!

Following the short introduction, the lists consist of names of former
STUDENTS who were still alive and could be located in 1878 when the
lists were published for the 300 year school anniversary. (Verzeichnis
der gegenwärtig(at present) lebenden ehemaIigen (former)  Studirenden
des deutschen Staats-Obergymnasiums) The last, longer class lists are
for the students who went to school when the lists were put together
(1878).
