It comes up saying page cannot be displayed. What am I doing wrong?

Also I sometimes notice that people are replying to notices that are posted
that same day. How are they reading them before I am seeing them for the
first time?

I'm not sure what the problem is with the website-the address may have changed. As far as the messages question-some members do not get the digest so they get the messages as soon as they are approved-the digest members get them once a day.
