and Russian. There is a lot of good information available if you take the
time to follow the links. For those planning a visit to Belarus, there is

Something new that was not required when I visited Belarus in 1999 is a
requirement to buy medical insurance to cover the time of your stay in
Belarus <http://www.belarusconsul.org/eng/medical.htm>. Be sure to check out
