Although the Holocaust Museum in Washington can provide copies of the passports I believe the copies may not be as good a quality as can be obtained >from Yad Vashem. This is because I believe the Holocaust Museum's copies were made >from Yad Vashem's copies, making them one degree further >from the originals stored in Russia.

Yad Vashem has a voluntary charge for copies but they may be worth the better quality. Contact Oxana Korol at Yad Vashem.
