Though I have written personally to Dave, I did want to add my comments to the official log. Dave has gone to enormous efforts on our behalf, and he has made an enormous contribution for our collective benefit. I am very grateful to him.
I wish him all the best in his newly re-discovered free time, and I know that his family will have great pleasure in getting him "back" >from his computer.
