Belarus SIG #Belarus Yad Vashem listing #belarus

Hello,

I was on the Yad Vashem site and found a long lost great uncle listed. We
were always told that he went into the Russian army in WWII and disappeared.
We never knew he was married and I see that the submitter was listed as his
brother in law and that he indeed had a wife. I want to find out who the
submitter was and where he lived when he submitted the information. I wrote to
Yad Vashem but haven't heard back >from them. Any suggestions how I can
proceed? I made a copy of the record and am showing it in the hopes that someone
might recognize the submitter.
MODERATOR NOTE: The Israel Genealogical Society has a database of submitters. Please
check it. http://www.isragen.org.il/NROS/Research/VY-search-Israel.pdf
