Hi all,

I have gathered copies of Vitebsk city duma lists (voter lists) from
1905, 1906, 1907, and 1912. Many of these lists identify the religion
of the individuals named, which makes it possible for us to create a
searchable list of the Jews listed. For the lists that don't identify
religion, I suppose we will just have to create a searchable list of
everyone.

Anyway, with the help of Banai Lynn Feldstein, I am testing out Crowd
Sourced Indexing as a way to get these lists indexed so that they can
be made searchable. As a test-run, I have uploaded a small portion of
the 1907 duma lists. If anyone is able to read Cyrillic (Russian)
characters and is willing to help, please check out this initial,
