I ordered a book online in late December >from the Cercle Genalogique
de Moselle-Est and, per instructions >from them, made a wire transfer to
cover payment.
I have not received the book and they have not responded to any of
my status inquiries to their general contact email address.
Does anyone know a specific person with that organization and
their email address so that I can contact that person in another effort
either to get my book or get my money back?
