I am searching for Moise-Joseph BUCHBINDER who, in 1989, submitted a
Page of Testimony (Feuille de Temoignage) at Yad Vashem in the memory of
his mother, Pessa BUCHBINDER.

The address he gave on the Feuille de Témoignage, dated 15 August 1989,
was 3 rue des Jonquilles, in the 14th arrondissement of Paris.

I have been unsuccessful in finding any trace of Moise-Joseph online.
Perhaps a more experienced researcher can assist me in locating his
whereabouts since 15 August 1989, as I need to contact him with a
certain urgency.
