The Geheimes Staatsarchiv in Berlin has a lot of Jewish vital records >from much of
the 19th century - before the introduction of the Standesamt system in 1874.
The Standesamt I in Berlin has almost all the German-era Standesamt - civil vital
- records >from Koenigsberg - that is >from 1874 until the 1930s or 1940s.
I can check the details when I get back to Berlin, where I live.
