Olga BEINER has also an entry in the Baltic Memorial Book a part of the
transport of November 20, 1941 >from Munich to Kowno where the murder
took place on November 25, 1941. There is an accompanying article in
English and German with the title "Mass murder in Kovno" in the book. In
this article it says that the transport was originally supposed to go to
Riga but was diverted to Kowno (even though the papers had been stamped
"evacuated to Riga"). Since Olga's birth place is Troppau in what is now
the Czech Republic (then Sudetenland), there is no connection with the
place of deportation.
