I never heard of a film producer named Marcel CAMY. There was a very
famous Marcel CARNE (the "r" next to "n" can be read as "m" in a
handwritten document, and the "NE" with the accent on the "E" can be
heard as the English "y", for example in "army", but he was born in
1906 in PARIS. On the other hand, in the index of French
naturalisations, there is a Majer KAMIENIARZ who seems to be the man
you are tracing. He was born in STOPNICA (Poland) on 25
February 1923, and he was naturalised on 7 May 1948. In the book of
changes of names, there is also a Marcel KAMIENSKI who became Marcel
CAMY, who was born in Paris on 9 July 1932.
