German SIG #Germany Wednesday 8-10-16 Conference- it's nearly GerSIG Day at Seattle 2016! #germany

Jeanette R Rosenberg OBE

Dear GerSIG Members

As I type this, I've just sat listening to Karen Franklin speaking
about the Obermayer German Jewish History Awards, Don't forget that
you have until September 21 to nominate for the 2017 Awards.

For much of conference, when not in session, as usual, or so it seems,
GerSIG members have been occupying a table and chair (near electric
sockets, of course) where we have been sharing trees, research and
checking out how we are related to each other. We keep being asked if
the table is "official" - somehow it feels as if it is!

Tomorrow is GerSIG day, where lots of our events take place.

Get Your Questions Answered by the German Research Experts - Please do
bring your research queries and we'll try to help. We will post any
URLs etc to the list after the session

changes to share
