Particularly in small towns in Germany it was not unheard of for Jewish
birth records to be housed in the local church. Through Ancestry,
I've found similar records for my ancestors and family members
in Gundelsheim (Wuerttemberg), which Ancestry mistakenly wants
to integrate into my family tree as baptisms.
