On behalf of the Board and members of the Jewish Genealogical Society
of the Conejo Valley and Ventura County (JGSCV) it is with great
sorrow that we mourn and send our condolences on the passing of
Phyllis Kramer, JewishGen Vice President of Education. Our condolences
to the JewishGen family and the members of the two Jewish Genealogical
Societies to which she belonged and served, JGS of Palm Beach County,
Inc. and JGS, Inc (NYC). She helped countless students in classes and
by answering email inquiries to educate them about Jewish genealogy-
she was a force and will be missed.
