Above the given names of the father (Gir Arie) and the mother
(Taube) is "Girarie Hornstein" which appears to be a correction
to the name as misspelled in the surname column (not shown). But,
what is written above that?

The text in the right most box is also atypical for the page; an
address perhaps?
