Hi,

I am looking for a birth record >from Nadworna 1848. I was able to
find a FamilySearch (LDS) microfilm that has a birth register with the
title "Urzad metrykalny izrael w Nadwornie, Metryka urodzin Tom I od
10/3 1850 do 29/12 1865." Since this is volume 1, does anyone know
if Jewish birth records were kept before 1850? And if so, were can I
find them?

What is the Polish to English translation of "Urzad metrykalny izrael
w Nadwornie, Metryka urodzin"?
