Re GUNDELFINGER and Gundelfingen an der Donau #germany
A correction to my previous post - I seem to have misremembered my source,
on p 118 of "Portraits of our Past" Emily Rose states "Jews had lived in
Gundelfingen >from the end of the thirtennth century and were persecuted
during the time of the Black Death. In the eighteenth century Gundelfingen
did not have an established Jewish community ..."
The cemetery project has a brief listing with no details. The homepage for
this town has no mention of anything Jewish that I with my limited German
can find. Perhaps someone else who speaks german could look?
