Hungary SIG #Hungary Re: FESTINGER, SHITENBERG - NAMES CHANGED IN ISRAEL #hungary

????? ???? <amira_m@...>

I'm sorry i'm answering through the sig but the e-mail came back...

Hi,
What is "Holstein cattle" ? I know what is cattle but not what is
"Holstein" .
You 'll have to give me Moti's family name so I can try search for him in
the telephone directory.....
Are you sure the family name of Sarah's husband is Shitenberg and not
Shtienberg ?
Shitenberg is a rare family name in Israel, and Shtienberg is a common
family name.

Pesach samech,
Amira, Israel.

Subject: [h-sig] FESTINGER, SHITENBERG - NAMES CHANGED IN ISRAEL

Hi!
In addition to the list below, I am looking for the descendents of my late
Aunt Rose (nee Weinberger) Festinger in Israel. She had two children -
Paul
and Ilonka. Ilonka married, had no descendents and passed away. Paul
changed
his name (I cannot remember to what) and had a wife named Rachel and two
children - Moti and Sarah. Rachel, Moti and Sarah have disappeared in
Israel...>from the Weinberger - Reich families.
Moti would be about 40 now....married with at least two children....
Sarah married a Dr. Shitenberg around 1982 or before. I imagine they
changed their names.
Can anyone help me with these name changes.
They used to live in Kfar Warburg and they lived there up until the
1980s.
Paul and his son Moti had Holstein cattle.
Paul died of Cancer around 1985.
If this ring a bell...please reply to _vivianeck2003@aol.com_
