I have the original birth certificate of my grandmother's sister
(registration date: July 20, 1914; birth date: July 18, 1914).
According to it, I checked the film in the IV district (as it says) -
births 1914, and not the registration number (286) nor the date
matches.
I made sure there are no jumps or missing data, but I could not find it.

Where else could I look for the registration record?
