1) I didn't see an option to select English on either version of the site

2) You have to log in to see results, but I did not see a place to =
register on the updated version

3) I filled out the registration form on the old site, and got a message =
to enter my house number
and street, but there's no place on the form to enter that information

Am I missing something?
