Intro: Elsa PICK

I am preparing a speech on a colloquium at the Institute for history of
medicine of the Technical University in Dresden at 7th, September 2015.
The event will be in the Centre of the Jewish Community in Dresden.

I try to reconstruct the life of the Jewish fighter for women's rights
Dr Elsa PICK, n. HERRMANN. She was born in 1893 in Plauen (Saxony). The
graduated lawyer wrote in 1929 a book about the modern women. She
immigrated in 1939 together with her husband Karel PICK to U.K. Maybe she
lived at first in London. Abt. 1942 she lived in Birmingham. After the
death of her husband in 1950 she returned to Germany, where she lived at
first in Munich, later in Berlin (West).

I am looking for anybody, who knew Elsa PICK or could help me to get more
information about her life in U.K.
