Jews in Leeds

Thank you very much Jonny for your posting. As my husband was born in
Leeds and still has family living there, it was a most interesting
programme for us. The story of the family emigrating from
Russia/Lithuania in the latter part of the 19th century seeking a
better future was the same for my husband's family too. It's
unfortunate that like in many 'smaller' cities worldwide, the Jewish
population is declining.
