For those who inquired about taverns in Poland.

There is a small book in Hebrew ,printed in Warsaw 1898, written by
Yehudah Leib Lipkind (of Borisov) called "HaShetiyya KaDat" all about
wine. How to make it, how to get a license to sell it, etc etc etc.
I've seen it at the Hebrew U Library and it may be available
elsewhere. (I have the catalogue number somewhere, if it helps.)
