Another problem on names on death certificates is one I ran into recently:
My father-in-law died and my sister-in-law had to provide the information
on her grandparents for the death certificate. Since she knew I maintained
the family tree, she called me to ask for the name of her grandfather
(which I had). If she hadn't asked me, the name information would have
probably been incorrect (and confusing) for future genealogists!!
