First a note: please be careful in spelling names and locations in the
Austro-Hungarian empire. The *diacritics* are very important for a reliable
search. For example, Surte could be Su:rte with an umlaut on the 'u' and
this makes quite a difference in searching gazetteers and similar sources.

Now to the question

Szatmar (with an acute accent on the second a - Szatma'r) is today in
Romania and called Satu Mare. I couldn't find Surte.
