Headstones posted on ViewMate #germany

I posted two more headstones >from Schwanfeld cemetery on VieMate:
VM5502: Hanna Frank, possibly nee Schwab. I am surprised to find "Hanna" spelled
phonetically (he-alef-nun-nun-alef).

My g-aunt Hanna was married to Emil Schwab. If this is correct, then Emil's Jewish
name would be Yizhak. Is this a common combination?

I don't read Hebrew and I would appreciate a translation of the whole inscription.
VM5520: The back side of this headstone says: B. Schwab, Rimpar. It would be great
if somebody could decipher the death date.
