Have anyone in the list some knowledge about
"Transnistrya" raion (Besarabia ?),which villages included this region,
and if there is any URL speaking about it in the web ? Thanks in

Correct spelling: "Transnistria", which literally means in Romanian: the
other side of the River Dniestr (over the river Dniestr).Area is located
east of Bessarabia and east of the Dniestr River."Raion" is a Russian word
for the region/territory.

Since your area of interest is limited to the names of shtetls in this
region, I would strongly recommend to obtain a book by Dr. Felicia
(Steigman) Carmelly: "SHATTERED! 50 Years of Silence, History and Voices
of the Tragedy in Romania and Transnistria".
