Thank you for the quick replies regarding mu troubles with NJ. The name I'm
researching is Yacov (Jacob) Tillman. He died around 1900 in the Perth Amboy
area. Perth Amboy city records has no infromation about him. They were
cooperative. Some of you have given good ideas as to getting through to a
resposive person. To all of you, thank you, thank you. I'll try everything
suggested.
