In France Birth, Death and Marriage records less than 100 years old are
kept in the Town Hall so concerning Becon -les- Bruyeres, that belongs to
Courbevoie, they should be in the

Mairie de Courbevoie, Service de l'etat civil, Place de l'Hotel de Ville,
92400, Courbevoie , France

Unhappily, these records (except for Death records) are submited to the 100
years delay law. That means you will not receive a complete certificate
unless you can prove it is for administrative purpose or you are the son or
grand-son. At best, they will send you an extract, with very few
indications, but it is not sure.
