As expressed recently in a private email, common courtesy requires asking
an individual for permission to post their family information on Jewishgen
or anywhere before doing so.

For security reasons, i.e. stolen identities, etc., we have refrained >from
posting our Family Tree on the web, and will not do so until we are
confident nothing we post can be used for the wrong reasons.

We just need to be cautious with what we put on the web, but, again, it is
not unreasonable to expect to be asked for permission before someone else
uses it, prints it, or whatever.
