JewishGen Discussion Group #JewishGen SCHALL, BEIGELEISEN, EINZUMPTNER (?) #general

I'm wondering if anyone can help with a little family mystery here- my
husband's great-grandparents, Abraham Itzhak SCHALL and Pearl (BERMAN)
SCHALL came over to this country and supposedly changed their name from
either BEIGELEISEN or EINZUMPTNER. Both of these names had something to do
with this family- who knows what. A further complication is that somewhere
along the line, someone may have taken his wife's maiden name as the family
name. My first question is: does anyone recognize these people? My
second question: although I have already contacted people researching
BEIGELEISEN on the JGFF, I can't find any names even remotely like
EINZUMPTNER. Has anyone heard of this name? Is it even a name? Does it
mean anything in some other language or something?

Thanks for any help you can give- we're kind of stumped here!
