Prussia. Prussia is in the north-eastern part of Germany.
I believe it would include part of what's now Poland.
Actually, Prussia was enormous. Take a look at
http://www.genealogy.net/reg/ger1871.html and you'll see how extensive it
was. Part of Baden-Württemberg was in fact in Prussia. The town of
Schöckingen (in Baden-Württemberg) is now combined into
Ditzingen-Schöckingen. You can start your search at
http://gov.genealogy.net/ort.jsp?id=81123. I think I'd refrain >from saying
"definitely not."
