My mother and her brothers attended a little old synagogue in
Denver, Colorado >from about the early 1920's, called the "Matsiev"
Synagogue. My uncle looked for it several years ago but could not
find it. He describes it as the old kind of synagogue, where the
men would doven, but with none of the trappings of more modern
communities, such as choirs, etc. Does anyone have any information
on this synagogue, or, more specifically, any records it might hold?
Thank you very much,
Karen Jo Rippens
