I have information that indicates some of my Bieber ancestors were >from
Wolquisk, Russia. Since others are >from Skidal', BELARUS, WWWW lists
the nearest town to Skidal' (with a similar spelling ) as Vawkvaysk.
Does anyone know anything abt this town or have a similar connection?
