It has come to my attention recently that my mother's mother's mother's
family, >from Ciechanow, Poland, were originally named SZACHER (SCHACHER
in English). When they came to the United States, one of the brothers,
probably during the naturalization process, renamed the family SOLOMON.

Is there anyone who has come across family in Ciechanow named SZACHER /
SCHACHER?
