UNRRA, if I remember correctly, stands for United Nations
Relief and Rehabilitation Agency. I think the
organization is still in existence, in charge of Arab
camps.

No, UNRRA is long dead. The "relief" agency that operates
in the camps in Judea, Samaria, and the Gaza district is
UNWRRA (I may have transposed some of the initials),
where the W stands for "Works".
The less said about it, the better.
