The September 18, 2003 meeting of the Jewish Genealogical Society of North
Jersey will be a presentation about census records by Bill Ware. These records have much information useful to genealogists. Bill will talk about which items were included in past US Censuses. He will explain about other information that most people would never look for in a census. Bill has been active in genealogy for over 20 years. He is a member of the Passaic County Historical Society, and is a past President of their Genealogy Club. He has been an administrator for many years at the LDS Family History Center in North Caldwell, NJ. Bill has also taught several adult education classes in genealogy. The JGS meetings are held at the YM-YWHA of North Jersey, 1 Pike Drive, Wayne, NJ. The Charles & Bessie Goldman Library will be open at 7 P.M. to give those interested a chance to use our extensive resource center and socialize. The program will begin at 8 P.M. There is no charge for the program. All are welcome.
