It looks to me like a surname (Slavic, female as the ending changestoggle quoted messageShow quoted text
according to the gender - thus "ska" is for a woman and "ski" for a man).
Most probably the first word (the unclear one) is the first name and the
second is the family name of the owner of the shop.
