JewishGen Discussion Group #JewishGen RE: Searching Jewish Names #general

Ida & Joseph Schwarcz <idayosef@...>

Dear Rob and group,
Just for fun I input my maternal grandmother's birth name and lo and
behold, there was my mother's first cousin with the correct birth and death
dates, place of birth, and husband's name in the Latter Day Saints. She is
now a Mormon.
Where do I go >from here?

Subject: Searching Jewish Names

Dear Researchers

I like to draw your attention for a new version of Surname Navigator
Israel http://www.rat.de/kuijsten/navigator a simple one input-form
mega search engine for surnames. Can simultaneously search various
free databases, using only one input screen. There is a global version
and separate versions for 45 countries. Researchers can save many
hours using mega search engines such as these. Some researchers have
reported excellent results

For Israel: Mormons Database, Geneanet Israel, Google Jewish
Genealogy, Rootsweb Message Board Israel, Jewish passengers NY,
1892-1924, Genforum Jewish, Lezecher Dutch Holocaust Victims, E-mail
Finder Israel

Surname Navigator is a private, non-commercial project. For your
convenience I am not adding any banners, cookies or extra pop-ups

Happy Hunting
