I am posting this for a friend who does not have internet access.

We would appreciate a translation of the information on a Page of
Testimony submitted, unknown to her, to the Yad Vashem in 1956 by
her late Father. Some of the information is also written in
Polish or German, but there are some items that appear in Hebrew
only.
