Several people have written and asked me for additional information

Although me name is now Schenker when my grandfather and father came to

I am searching for anyone with the Surname of BINENBAUM, BIENENBAUM,
BINENBOYM or BINENBOJM or any derivation of this Surname.
According to Alexander Beider's book "A Dictionary of Jewish Surnames
from the Russian Empire" that was published in 1993 the above Surnameswhen translated mean either "bee tree" or "bee hive":
. "Binenbaum A; Bienenbaum (German) bee tree (bee hive)
. "Binenbojm (Khotin, Rovno) A: binenboym (Yiddish) See
There could be additional derivations of the Surname, which was
miswritten when people translated their Surnames >from one language to
another language or moved >from one village to another. All of the below
listed Surnames when translated mean "pear tree".
