If people aren't familiar with Google Translate, you don't have to install
the Google Toolbar (mentioned by our moderator on 20 May 2012) to use it.

It can be found on the plain vanilla Google search homepage, usually listed
on the More pull-down menu. I haven't used it with genealogical sites
specifically, but if you paste or type the link to any website address in
the left panel and ask for a translation, it will pull up a translated,
formatted version of the page, as well as translating any secondary pages.
Very handy.
