A recent post was seeking information about the REINES family. Alvin REINES is a professor at the Hebrew Union College in Cincinatti. He developed a philsophy of Judaism known as "Polydoxy." I don't know much about his family history, but you might wish to contact the American Jewish Archives. You can call through the HUC switchboard at (816)221-1875. the website is: americanjewisharchive.org I don't know if Dr. Reines is still teaching as I haven't been on campus in over 10 years. Thus, the Archives would be the best source of info.
