Dear Cousins,
I have found most of my LIBERMAN family, Cohanim, who immigrated >from the
area around Pinsk to Montreal (some stayed in London for a while.) But
there are two branches I can't find. 1) Laizer, who might have been born in
the 1870s, and his wife Sore-Itka. A cousin now deceased gave me the names
of their children, each of them Hebrew or Yiddish, which makes me think
they never immigrated: Hodia, Beila, Pesel, Meyer and Merel. 2) Reuvin,
also born maybe in the 1870s, and his wife Liby, both of whom immigrated to
Montreal. Their children: Esther, Max, Gertie, Lily and Sydney.
Do any of you Montrealers out there know anything of these people?
Best, Steve Orlen
