The Jewish Genealogical Society of Montreal says in their website that they
can't give help in looking up records but suggests you contact the Quebec
Family History Society http://www.cam.org/%7Eqfhs/index.html.
Their website says that they can do research for you, and it would be
relatively for them to consult maps or inform you what district your address
was in in 1911.
If you want to know how I can answer such an enquiry >from the UK, I worked
for 15 years in the Population Statistics Group of the Greater London
Council, I was a Census Enumerator in London in 1981, and I have looked up
the records of my own family originally >from maps in 1881.
Having said that I am not volunteering to do research for JewishGenners, not
because I want to be unhelpful as I have to earn a living.
