Regarding the meaning of "dt pd": I noticed in the list of detained passengers for my relative's entry that there was an amount of money required to be paid for meals (possibly those consumed in the period of detention). Howie Axelrod's speculation that "pd" means paid may be correct. Could this be "date paid"?
Or: "debt paid" ?
