In going through some old photos I found one of Rabbi Simcha
RABINOWITZ dated December 1927.
He is a young man in the photo, and does not look orthodox.
The only connection I know of to any RABINOWITZ family is that a
Sarah RABINOWITZ married Samson SOHN. Their daughter Ida married my
2Xgreat uncle Samuel SILBERG. That marriage took place in New York
City, even though Sam SILBERG lived in Albany, NY. Therefore the
SOHN, and maybe the RABINOWITZ families may have been >from
Manhattan. That's all I know. If anyone has a connection to Rabbi
Simcha RABINOWITZ, let me know. I'd be happy to send a copy of the
picture.
