I have found a very close DNA match and am trying to put the two branches
together. On my, tree my ancestor goes back to about 1880 to Brodnik
(Brodnika). My new "family" goes back to Poland-Lobsens (South Prussia) or
Bydoszcz (Bromberg). Is is possible that Brodnik was in Poland and later
considered part of the Pale?
One branch (mine) was poor and lived in Tulchin. My new branch was very
wealthy and ended up in Birminham, London using the surname Moore.. My new
branch goes back to 1732. Any ideas about I should research this.
Naturally, my goal is to bring these two branches together! Thanks for any
information or ideas. Marilyn Feingold USA
